Booking Policy
For the safety of all our guests & the smooth running of our business!
All clients! Please read our BOOKING POLICY!
Payment policy
All of our clients, bookings and pet guests are of high importance to us and currently, the demand for our services is very high, and thus we have a strict payment & cancellation policy in place.
Once a booking is made you will receive an email confirmation of your booking and the "welcome email" which outlines all you need to know about your upcoming pooches stay. In this email, you will find attached the invoice for your pet's stay. Payment is required upon booking, bookings are only secure once payment is made. If payment is not made your booking will be cancelled and passed to the next pet requiring that time slot.
Naturopathic canine apppointments & Dog wash bookings are payable on the day, or after an invoice has been issued.
Cancellation policy
We realise that at times circumstances change and may require you to reschedule or cancel your booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel a booking, we respectfully require that you provide at least 4 weeks' notice. A cancellation made less than 4 weeks in advance will invoke a 50% cancellation fee. We realize that emergencies occur, in these unforeseen times, if you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we simply request that you inform us as soon as possible.
Naturopathic canine appointments & Dog wash bookings require 24hr cancellation notice.
Drop off/ pick up time (for pet stays)
Our services are charged per 24hrs, which means if you drop your pet off at 10 am collection is at 10 am the next day, you are welcome to pick up earlier if you need, and if you require to pick up later that is also ok, but will incur another days charge. Please let us know at the time of booking what time you would like to drop off and pick up your pet, so that you can be invoiced correctly and to allow for the smooth running of our business.
Health and Wellbeing
As a business that has many canine guests (including little puppies), we ask respectfully that you do not bring your pet to us if they are unwell with a contagious/contractable disease. We take the health and safety of all our guests very seriously and request that you are honest regarding this. If you are needing a canine health appointment and your canine has a contractable disease we ask that you notify us of this and we can arrange a telehealth appointment.
Aggressive or timid pet declaration
We DO NOT accept aggressive pets for ANY APPOINTMENTS, if there is any chance your pet will display aggressive behaviour we ask that you do not book in with us, we are a home-based family service and are not comfortable with dealing with aggressive dogs. So for our safety and other guests' safety, we ask that you be honest and truthful regarding this.
Upon making a booking and payment you are declaring that your dog/pet is not aggressive.
If your pet is not aggressive but not well socialised or afraid of other dogs, please let us know, we may still be able to accommodate for your dog, by ensuring they are kept away from other guests or having an exclusive booking. But we need to know this in advance so we can cater for your pet appropriately.
